MLS home search

New listings in your inbox, the day they hit the MLS.

Tell us what you are looking for once. We set up a saved search in the MLS and new homes that match are emailed to you automatically.

How it works

A saved search, set up by an advisor.

  1. 1
    Tell us your criteria

Areas, price range, size and the features that matter to you.

  2. 2
We build your search in the MLS

An advisor creates your saved search directly in the multiple listing service and confirms it with you.

  3. 3
    Get new listings automatically

Matching homes, price changes and back-on-market properties arrive by email, as often as you choose.

MLS coverage

  • Beaches MLS: Broward and Palm Beach counties
  • Flagler County MLS: Palm Coast and Flagler County
  • Northeast Florida MLS: St. Augustine and St. Johns County

Searches include every listing in these MLS systems, not only ours. Change or stop your alerts any time by replying to any alert email.
